The IST's academic calendar has undergone some changes this year, and the first phase for applications to the Masters Degrees (2nd cycle) in Técnico will take place from 4 to 22 March.

To apply, candidates must attend the following conditions:

• holders of a bachelor’s degree (1st cycle of studies) or legal equivalent;
• holders of a foreign higher academic degree that is recognized by the Scientific Council as complying with the undergraduate degree requirements;
• holders of a school, scientific or professional curriculum, which attests their ability to complete the master’s degree which they are applying (namely students with at least 138 ECTS concluded in the 1st cycle).

A Presentation of MEGI (Master in Engineering and Management) and MEGIE (Master in Engineering and Management of Innovation and Entrepreneurship) will take place on February 27 at 9 am, at Amphitheater 1, on the Taguspark campi,

In this initiative, it is possible to know the curriculum plans, specializations and professional goals of the two degrees. The Coordinators of each Master programme - Professors Tânia Pinto Varela, António Ribeiro and Miguel Torres Preto- will be present and therefore this would be the perfect opportunity to clarify all the questions regarding MEGI and MEGIE.
