The Doctoral Programme in Engineering and Public Policy aims to train experts in public policy and technology management through research on subjects where technological, economic, and legal issues carry equal weight. The programme began with specialisations in the telecommunications and energy sectors and has since broadened to keep pace with continuous technological change. It provides strong analytical training to support informed decision-making on complex real-world problems.
The programme trains public policy analysts able to handle complex, ill-defined, unstructured, large-scale real-world problems and to develop the information and knowledge needed for effective management.
