Brief description of the research work: Successful remote patient monitoring (RPM) programs require continuous evaluation to drive improvement. However, current health technology assessment methods and tools fall short of objectively demonstrating RPM value. This thesis proposes and implements the novel SBI-MD approach – Structuring, Building and Implementing a Multidimensional Dashboard with Stakeholders, Business Intelligence and Multicriteria Decision-aiding – for developing management tools that enable continuous monitoring and evaluation of RPM programs, capturing their impact on access to care, clinical quality, program acceptability, and economic sustainability, while clarifying these aspects’ relative importance.
