The Department of Engineering and Management of Instituto Superior Técnico, Lisbon University is currently conducting an open search process for possible candidates for future vacancies in the university career to open in 2025-2026.

This open search is intended at entry level candidates - Assistant Professor position - in the scientific areas of the Department, particularly in the groups of curricular units:

1. Decision Engineering

2. Economics, Econometrics and Finance

3. Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain Management

4. Operations Research and Analytics

5. Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Innovation

This search is intended for candidates who have completed their PhD.

The recruitment process starts with this open search, followed by an internal process of approval of vacancies that will be announced internationally, final application, and selection. The complete process is planned to be completed in 2026.

The applicants may be invited to an interview or to present a seminar.
